Chauhan Fabrication began in 2012 as a small metal-fabrication unit on the outskirts of Ahmedabad — three machines, one welder, a list of clients you could fit on a chalkboard.
By 2015 we'd taken our first cladding job. By 2018 we'd built our own panel-routing line. Today we run two workshops, an in-house design team, and crews installing curtain wall, structural glazing, ACP, HPL and aluminium systems across eight states — but the rule from the chalkboard days hasn't changed: don't take work you can't deliver, and don't deliver work you wouldn't sign.
Three lathes, one TIG welder, a 200 sqm shed on a leased plot. First contract: handrails for a residential tower in Ahmedabad.
A small commercial frontage in Vadodara. We learned routing the hard way — and bought our first router the same year.
Automated panel-folding equipment installed. Hired our first in-house draughtsman. Re-branded to Chauhan Fabrication.
Engineered our first unitised curtain wall — 8,400 sqm — for a corporate park in Surat. Hired façade engineers full-time.
Opened a second fabrication facility at our Indore HQ. Crews now active across Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Telangana, Karnataka, Delhi-NCR and Haryana.
Residential, commercial, institutional, industrial. Still no daily-wage handover gaps between trades — and still signing every drawing.

Pretty drawings don't matter if the panel goes up late or crooked. We track weekly, finish daily, hand over to the contracted date.
